Sierra of the Umbría
This sierra has its origin in Villena and advances towards the sea, to the northeast. The sierra goes into the region of La Vall d'Albaida and has different names depending on the town we are. Therefore, this sierra is known as Replana del Moro, Ombria de Fontanars, Pinós, Gamellons, Ombria de Ponce, Altet de Félix, Serreta, Torrater, Filosa, Sierra of Agullent, Covalta, etc. All these names are given by the inhabitants of Fontanars, Ontinyent, Albaida and Agullent.
The highest peak is la Covalta, with 890 metres.
